Andrew Howes is a Building Surveyor and Property Developer with over 10+ years experience delivering residential projects from concept through to completion. Combining practical site knowledge with technical expertise, he specialises in residential development, construction management, and building pathology.

Andrew has managed multiple residential developments end-to-end, including land acquisition, planning, procurement, contractor coordination, and construction delivery. This experience gives him a strong commercial awareness alongside a detailed understanding of construction methods, regulatory compliance, and project viability.

His professional foundation is further strengthened by growing up around the industry. He has worked closely alongside his father, Stephen Howes MRICS, a chartered building surveyor with over 35 years’ experience and one of the early recipients of the RICS Diploma in Building Conservation. Through this exposure, Andrew has developed a deep appreciation for traditional construction, period property defects, and the importance of thorough, detail-oriented inspection.

He is the founder of Warner Howes Building Surveying, where his experience across traditional surveying principles and modern development experience allows Andrew to take a well-rounded, practical approach, when assessing different types of building. He now operates across both surveying and development, offering a service that bridges technical insight with real-world construction experience.
